Conditions of sale

• All items are in good condition, unless mentioned otherwise.
• Prices are in Pounds Sterling and Euros - US Dollar prices can be quoted.
• The goods are sent at the risk of the owner (insurance can be arranged).
• Transport costs are at the buyers expense.
• Buyers unknown to us pay in advance.
• All invoices are payable within 4 weeks.
• Paypal is the preferred method of paying.
• As long as the goods have not been paid for in full they remain the property of 20th Century Art Archives.
• Books are returnable within one week of receipt only if description differs substantially from actual condition.
• BEFORE returning books client must contact 20th Century Art Archives for return approval within 48 hours of receipt. Books are returned at client's expense.
